  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Attempt to circumvent content safety filters

  • Share or distribute harmful AI-generated content
  • Attempt to overwhelm or attack our infrastructure

  • You retain ownership of your prompts and inputs
  • AI-generated content is licensed to you for commercial and personal use
  • You must not claim AI-generated content as entirely human-created where required by law
  • VesperAPI retains the right to use anonymized prompts for service improvement

    VesperAPI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Quality or accuracy of AI-generated content
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Loss of data or credits due to system errors
  • Third-party actions or content

    We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

    9. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of VesperAPI constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
